Hi!!!! Oh this is so great! I have been a PY student for a few years now. Although I meditate at least once a day, I do not do the Energization Exercises but I do try to do yoga at bare minimum every other day. I have many q’s about meditation though.
Lately I have been feeling distracted. I try to be gentle with myself but it seems I attach to distracting thoughts quickly ...
Sometimes these distracting thoughts come more than other times, and we can make it a habit of letting them take over our lives. It is important to nip these thoughts in the bud, so to speak. Watch your thoughts and catch those distractions right away. Then immediately discourage them by calling on Yogananda to help you with them. He is always there for us. Do something very grounding and constructive at that moment that takes your complete attention. In time, with this process, you will find these thoughts going away. Remember grounding, constructive activites are important.
