I want to be regular in doing energization exercises. However I smoke, which I am gradually quiting(presently 5 to7/day).
Can I start doing the exercise or should I wait till I quit it completely.

Meanwhile, don’t waste a day: go ahead and do Energization regularly — twice a day if possible. In fact, if you really put yourself into it, I wouldn’t surprised if doing Energization helps you transition out of smoking more quickly and easily.
