How to concentrate on one point in meditation. Swamiji I can concentrate on the wall by placing dot but I am unable to concentrate on one point in kutastha (place between eye brows) please help me Swamiji.

Thank you for your question.

Yoganandaji called Hong-Sau the most powerful technique of concentration. I would highly recommend that you try it and see how it works for you.

You can start by feeling the breath come in at the nostrils - cool on inhalation, warm on exhalation. Then, focus on feeling the sensations higher and higher in the nose, until it reaches the point between the eyebrows.
