Many people ask what they should learn and do to embrace the path of Self-realization more fully. The answer is not a short one. The teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and Nayaswami Kriyananda are rich, deep, and varied, and touch on all aspects of life. We have developed Ananda Life Training to give you a complete view of the teachings of Ananda Sangha, and to help guide you in your choices of what you want to learn and do.
