Indra talks about how meditation helps him focus and direct his energy as he reaches for his highest truth and potential. What if meditating helps us make better decisions in and during everyday life? Knowing what the right choice is in the moment is priceless.

Knowing What Is Yours,

So I currently run two businesses. One is a small micro-dairy. We currently have eight cows, and we provide over 80 families with milk on a weekly basis. It's not always easy in life to know what direction or what path is yours. People spend a huge amount of time just worried that they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing. 

Meditating Brings You Focus

And I think meditation is what brings that all together. It helps you to focus your energy and to know what's yours versus what is being imposed upon you. I mean, especially in this world where there are so many things being imposed from the outside. All these avenues tell you, this is who you're supposed to be. So amongst all of that, how do you decide as an individual,  this is what I want to do, this is what I want to devote my life to.

Meditating Brings an Inner Knowing

And what you need to get to that place of knowing and tell yourself, okay, this is my next step is, stillness, and that stillness is gained through meditation. Otherwise, you're just a leaf in the wind being blown from thing to thing, not really knowing or not even having control of your life. Meditation gives you that solid center to come from. I meditate because I function better as a human being
