When ever I try to meditate I feel asleep. Gradually I m loosing interest for meditation. So plz guide me how can I meditate properly so that I don’t fall asleep. I want to develop intuition power. Plz tell me the proper methods of meditation. I mean how to do it where to look at and what to think of. Lastly thank you for answering my previous question and guiding me.
At first, when a person tries to meditate, it’s possible to fall asleep. But do not loose hope. There are energizing breathing techniques to help you stay awake.
