month back my boyfriend came back to India from abroad to marry me and take me along. It was just 15 days after he died due to drug overdose(that drug is only available in India probably). every one in my family says that death is predefined, it was his time of death which brought him here but I call myself his culprit for which he came here and died. so my query is- was it the time and place of his death which brought him here( was it predefined?) or was it our fault?

Dear one,
I am so sorry for the loss of the person you loved.
According to the teaching of Paramhansa Yogananda, an Indian yoga master, everything happens according to the law of karma; nothing happens by chance. It is not your fault that he died. It was his karma to die in the way in which he died, and at the time that he died. And it was your karma to have this experience as well.
Instead of blaming yourself, pray for his soul to find peace. Offer yourself to God, share your sorrow with God, and find comfort in Him. Pray and meditate, and ask God to give you the courage to accept what happened, and to help you find peace in your heart.
