A Full-Immersion Online Retreat

Recorded in November 2022

Immerse yourself in the sacred teachings of yoga – exploring how to harmonize your body, mind, and heart. When all three are in alignment, our consciousness expands and we find ourselves connected with a larger, divine reality.

This in-depth, experiential online retreat is tailored to the individual. What’s your next step spiritually and what do you need to achieve it? A study of the paths of yoga reveal a clear picture of where our strengths lie, and what areas need more attention.

Join us to learn tools and techniques needed to awaken the natural love of the heart, discerning power of the mind, and the joyful, selfless service expressed through the body.

"Yoga means union with God, or, union of the little, ego-self with the divine Self, the infinite Spirit"Paramhansa Yogananda

What are the Paths of Yoga?

Bhakti Yoga

Calm feeling directed upward in a spirit of aspiration and pure perception

Gyana Yoga

Perfect clarity of mind, born of intuition and developed spiritual insight

Karma Yoga

Action performed with perfect non-attachment and attunement with Divine power within

Tap your hidden potential and become your best self

Yoga is a science – a complete system for self-transformation. Classically, there are three Paths of Yoga: Bhakti, Gyana, and Karma. Rather than being distinct paths, all three represent aspects of our nature – aspects to be developed and harmonized.

Within each of us lies the need to develop and balance our heart’s feelings (Bhakti), our mind and intellect (Gyana), and our outer activity (Karma). Like legs to a tri-pod, all three yogas must be developed within ourselves if we are to find stability and strength in everything we do. When we harness the power of all three yogas, we become a complete and joyful person.

"Yoga is an art as well as a science. It is a science, because it offers practical methods for controlling body and mind, thereby making deep meditation possible. And it is an art, for unless it is practiced intuitively and sensitively it will yield only superficial results"Paramhansa Yogananda

This online retreat is a depth emersion into the science of Yoga, is well paced, and lead by well prepared leaders who have emerged themselves in the practices of Yoga. The course is appropriate for initial inquirers as well as seasoned devotees on the Path. Additionally the course provides lifetime access to content material which allow for a review at any time. This is a great value. I highly recommend this course to you. It will not disappoint.

The retreat was so inspirational and up lifting. Timing was perfect as I had experienced a challenging couple of dark weeks.
The course brought me back to my center and my core to remind me that I am here to serve God and God alone.
The instructors were passionate and knowledgeable about their individual contributions and made it fun.
It was excellent that the material and the course was structured in 2 hour segments.
So inspirational and wonderful reminders. GRATITUDE!

The immersive format allowed for some excellent interaction and having the community atmosphere was a space that felt wholly inspiring!

The one on one follow-up with the Ananda Instructor was the added little extra that reminded me that the Fellow Seekers and Ananda Village care and are part of our larger Spiritual Family!

This Yoga retreat helped me connect with that wonderful energy!

The downloads and workbook are priceless motivational exercises as well!!

Welcoming and warm, excellent presenters. Thank you for the break out sessions. Gratifying to meet fellow seekers on the path. Looking forward to the one-on-one followup session. God, Christ, Gurus!

This retreat was useful because it covered a wide range of spiritual concepts conversationally and applied them to everyday life. Having two presenters as a format made it feel more like a conversation and less like a lecture. The production value was ‘masterclass” quality, and the lighting highlighted the beauty in the eyes of those in front of the camera. If were to forget everything but the tip to “stop, look and listen,” it would make my participation worth the time. Look forward to one about spiritual superpowers and Samadhi :P

The retreat was nicely conducted and the speakers handled the subject good.

The explanations were simple but profound.
Break out rooms gave the participants opportunity to interact among themselves.

    Thanks to all!🙏

Even though we were online I felt I made new friends from all over the world! We are all more alike than we are different. Great talks by the Ananda speakers, as well as inspiration from fellow seekers in the break-out rooms. So many ideas to keep us moving onward and upward! After the course was over, I went for a walk at a local park, and noticed just how much my uplifted consciousness had heightened my intuition and discernment. I felt a profound, deeper understanding and compassion for the many souls I passed by. Many thanks and blessings to you all.

I felt the Retreat to be extraordinary…all of you as our teachers & guide and all of the participants I met with their genuine desire to expand our consciousness as a group effort! Such a blessing!

I had so many “take-aways”: “God watches the heart-love with childlike Devotion”…….to “simply live with sincere effort is all God wants from us.”…….”Ishtadevita”-God is my favorite deity…..”talk with God throughout the day”……the pyramid to Moksha….Gyana Yoga- ability to discriminate, make wise choices, being honest with myself…teach us through repetition…Intuitive knowing….practice introspection….biggest point is to listen…..watch for pitfalls & correct…..Karma Yoga is right action/how I respond determines results/attitudes….serve someone every day….begin my day with “Lord everything I do is for you” and end my day giving it all up to God…:to name just a few.

I really got alot from the “refection” questions and suggested explorations that were very helpful to quiet the mind and listen & feel….then sharing with the larger group.

Sorry to go on & on …but dont overlook the “content” at the Retreat Summary page. Wow…enough material to keep us very busy “expanding our consciousness & love for God”

    Bless you all! Well done!!!!💕🙏
