A gifted channel of divine energy and hands-on spiritual healing, Mary has been instrumental in helping people heal through the power of prayer. She directs the Ananda Healing Prayer Ministry, and leads retreats on healing techniques. Through newsletters and personal guidance, as well as classes online, at The Expanding Light, and countrywide, she helps those interested go deeply into the experience of God through healing prayers. Many people feel their own healing energy open up during the workshops when given even brief “coaching” from Mary. Mary has co-authored a book on Yogananda’s prayer techniques called Divine Will Healing that contains extensive chapters on healing by Paramhansa Yogananda and Swamiji Kriyananda, in addition to chapters showing how a person can effectively apply those teachings. Mary moved to Ananda Village in 1978, and with her husband, Tim, raised their family of three children.
