The Chakra course, below, offers a deeper understanding of the mystical aspects of energy and healing. While it is helpful for any devotee to learn this body of knowledge, it will be especially enlightening to anyone who serves in the healing arts.
I also recommend this Chakra course to anyone who would like to study Level Two Healing with me later this year. The chakras, the energy-distribution centers in our spines and brains, hold the keys to physical and emotional health. They also clearly describe the stages we all follow along our path to spiritual enlightenment.
In this course, you will become more actively aware of the chakras, of their functions, understanding exactly where they are within you and what they do to make you who you are. But what is even more important, you will begin to experience the reality of chakras rather than just reading or hearing about them. You’ll learn how to affect the movements of life-force in order to clear and purify the chakras. This is done through chakra awakening exercises including hatha yoga stretching, breathing, chanting, and meditations, working with color and sound, affirmations, and visualizations for each chakra.
