The Expanding Light Retreat

As The Expanding Light Retreat re-opened in 2022, a generous Ananda Janaka Grant helped to upgrade Serenity House, an important guest facility. The Grant made possible the installation of mini-split AC/heater units in every guest room. These units will help in making the rooms more comfortable both in summer and winter. It has been a number of years since such a major upgrade has been possible.

“Installing the mini-split units will lower our utility bills. They are also a lot quieter than the existing A/C units, providing for a better guest experience.”
