In engaging both the mind (affirmations) and the body (postures), Ananda Yoga for Self-Healing helps you redirect your energy and thoughts for optimal wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, Arya’s class series (hosted via Zoom) will guide you into deeper connection and alignment with the divine within you.
Each class in this 5-week series will focus on helping you strengthen a positive quality in yourself with guidance from Swami Kriyananda’s book Affirmations for Self-Healing.

Arya Cheng
Certified Ananda Yoga Instructor, RYT-200
Arya is passionate about sharing yoga as a tool for managing stress, transformation and healing in body, mind and soul. Her journey as a yogi started at age 14, when she attended Ananda’s Living With Spirit Program and experienced first hand the transformative effects of yoga and meditation.
She currently serves as a main asana instructor for Ananda Yoga Teacher Training and teaches yoga online and in-person at The Expanding Light Retreat at Ananda Village.
