Nav Kaur 5 out of 5 2 weeks ago I have tried many medidation practises in the past but the ease with which Yogananda’s Transcendental meditation works and becomes a part of you is beyond a review. I am a mere mortal would be a a nobody to write a review what the expert master left for the word to learn but nevertheless my tiny bit: the technique of Hong Sau and curling of index finger , the breathing control are all amazingly simple but give miraculous results. I never thought visualization would be of any benefit to me but after practising with this course I find myself doing it anywhere and evrywher whenever I have an idle moment and I keep picking the vivid scenes from nature and keep them in my thoughts to recall whenever I want a calm mind. The expansion method of spreading peace within me and all around my environment and universe is soothening and blissful to say the least. A BIG THANK YOU to the WONDERFUL TEACHERS at Ananada and GOD ALMIGHTY for letting me a part of this unending, beautiful journey.
