Learn to become ever more still, ever more absorbed, and you will find your heart-mind awareness gradually expanded, uplifted, transformed — and ultimately transcendent.
Concentration is one-pointed focus. Focus on God, or one His aspects (such as peace, love, joy, Aum, inner light, etc.) is developed by daily practice of meditation and the flow of divine grace.
