With two Seva Days on May 23 and 24, we had help from our worldwide community to move the project forward, as we are approaching our opening in late June. The primary focus of the Seva Days was landscaping and exterior cleanup. All the plants and trees at the entry were planted, irrigated and mulched. Tamas all around the site was removed and parking lots were made ready for new gravel. There were countless smaller jobs, but everyone pitched in with joy! Tomorrow, Saturday May 25th, is Rajarsi Day, so an entire new wave of energy and production will bring the project up to another level closer to the complete vision.
Most of the the exterior sidewalks are completed, and the asphalt will be laid next week.
This week also saw the entry Hall of the Masters receiving the signed tiles (part of a donation campaign). The tile will be completed next week, and other flooring will go in soon.
The interior painting is moving ahead as all rooms in the front wings are complete and the sanctuary is starting to get the final treatment. Wood windows are stained and the trim is ready to paint…. yeah!
Many hands are making miracles… stay tuned! And keep supporting the entire crew with prayers and support on all levels! Don’t forget to buy a chair!
