After his Kriya initiation, and his experience of unbroken Samadhi, all Lahiri Mahasaya wanted was to stay like this forever, at the feet of his Guru. But Babaji had other plans. Babaji’s plans for us too, seldom match what we want, but if we, like Lahiri Mahasaya, say, “yes, my guru” then freedom is assured.
