The Temple grading is completed and the site is ready for the winter rains – bring it on! The initial layers of gravel were placed over the entire parking area, all 153 spaces, including the circular drive at the Temple entry. The areas where the soil was disturbed has been covered in straw and hydro-seeded as needed. There is some minor work remaining to finish the culverts and we will be putting in parking bumpers over the next few weeks in areas that will be used in the next year. The building site is all hydro-seeded and ready for construction to begin.
The next step is to submit the plans for the building permit at the start of the year, then begin construction in April, as weather permits. For now… let it rain!
