I loved this class. I liked the opportunity to develop devotion toward Aum with the gong exercise. I appreciated Bharat’s demonstration of chanting Aum, mentally, during the technique and I needed to hear that the attitude is more important than whether you hear anything or not. The handout, and what Bharat said, inspires me to extend my practice of the technique.

Communing With The Holy Aum Workshop was truly a divine experience. Nayaswami Bharat’s Joy, Devotion and Ability to communicate and demonstrate the many benefits of the AUM technique was so inspirational. Specifically, what I learned that was extremely helpful is that listening for the sounds of AUM INTUITIVELY can help the devotee by creating a deep feeling of energy which can manifest as Light as well as Sound. I am asking God Master Guru to guide my meditations so that expansion of my intuition can help to bring me into the spiritual sounds and sights of AUM. Very inspiring! It was so all encompassing. One part I really benefited from was the way Bharat demonstrated how he chanted AUM at the spiritual eye in a very deliberate and devotional manner while yearning for the Mother. He stressed how it should vary and even drop away as one hears and merges into the sound.

Loved the AUM workshop! I learned to expand my awareness of AUM instead of concentrating only on the right ear, and I loved connecting with Divine Mother as my contact with AUM. Also, the gong really awakened my whole spine so I felt AUM more expansively.
