Words cannot touch how blessed and uplifting the ceremony to break ground on the Moksha Mandir for Swami Kriyananda was for all those in attendance and watching online. More than 300 friends of Swamiji came from around to world to be there for this historic moment and countless others joined Ananda’s virtual community to participate. In each Ananda colony and in many meditation groups, devotees gathered together to watch this blessed occasion.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this sacred moment and for all those whose tireless efforts made the ceremony come to life.
The ceremony included uplifting music from the Ananda Worldwide Choir of more than 80 singers, talks by Nayaswami Jyotish and Nayaswami Devi, an offering of soil from Ananda colonies, centers and meditation groups, an offering of blessings from hundreds of devotees worldwide, and a Bhoomi Pujan performed by Ananda representatives from India. Each element of the ceremony gathered together the love and gratitude of Ananda’s worldwide family and instilled those vibrations into Swami Kriyananda’s Moksha Mandir. It will be a truly fitting resting place for this great soul who shared Divine love with us all.
