Essence of the Bhagavad Gita - Class 63, verses 6:1-4
"Be thou perfect" doesn't mean to be overscrupulous. Self-forgetfulness leads to Self-realization. Selfless service brings happiness. Ego transcendance identifies with a higher reality, not the body. Renunciation means having no compulsion in what you do.
