Journey through the Chakras: Muladhara
The Chakras are energy centers in the body with both physical and spiritual influence on our lives. In this video, Dharmadas begins the journey at the base of the spine--the coccyx or "Muladhara" chakra, associated with the earth element, locomotion, elimination, and firm commitment with focus on the rules of life. Dharmadas suggests ways we can awaken and tune into the blessings of this chakra in our lives and spiritual practices.
