June 2, 2023
From a special, free talk on KRIYA YOGA: THE SOLUTION FOR OUR TIMES.
The universal spiritual teachings of yoga have the ability to give us all a way forward during these challenging times, for nature, for society, for our earth. This night is part of a global Hope for a Better World tour, sharing the power of yoga to transform and uplift our consciousness. "Change yourself and you have done your part in changing the world."
If you have ever been to a yoga class left wanting more of the philosophy of life brought by the ancient teachings of India, and are looking for answers deep within, this is a night you won’t want to miss. The talk will be based on how to live as a modern yogi in this age of energy, based on the inspiration of *Autobiography of a Yogi*, one of the greatest read spiritual classics of our century. The book was written by Paramhansa Yogananda, the first yogi of India to live and teach in the West, leading the spiritual revolution which we know today. He also came to share the Path of Kriya Yoga, with the liberating meditation technique of our time.
