When working intuitively, it is essential to remain open to new ways and ideas. Everything is always changing, and we therefore need to be adaptable. To be willing is to not cling to old form or the tremendous force of the way things are “supposed to be.” Keeping an openness and willingness to see new possibilities extends beyond the rational mind, which can only rearrange what is already there. The superconscious intuition is ever new and expansive, and we can look to the great saints who have set an example of leading intuitively. Even as Jesus was ever committed to keeping the “flock,” Swami Kriyananda did the same, and so we too can do this in positions of leadership.
