Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi gave a talk recently in India called “Change Your Destiny through Kriya Yoga.” As part of the event, superstar Sri Rajinikanth, Krishna Sweets Murali, and Sri. D. R. Kaarthikeyan, former Director, CBI were presented with copies of Affirmations for Self-Healing by Swami Kriyananda that had recently been translated into Tamil.
Sitabai Betts, a resident of Ananda Village, walked from Santiago, Spain to France, a total of 500 miles, in 37 days. She did this in part as a fundraiser for the Ananda Temple of Light. Read More
The grading of the temple and parking lot ground for the Temple of Light at Ananda Village is nearly complete. The fill is over 12 feet deep in some areas, so it was a big task. The grading contracts did an excellent job and the final product feels very natural with a nice flow to the Temple entry. Read More

Today is our last full day in Italy. Tomorrow evening we fly to Delhi and begin nearly three months of traveling and teaching in all of Ananda’s centers in India.
AnandaIndiaOnline.org, a website with online classes for Ananda India devotees, has just launched a redesign of their website. The content is now more organized and they have a calendar of events.

Ananda has recently started asking people to pledge their meditation time in the hopes of getting a total of 1 million hours of meditation for world peace and harmony. Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi recently gave a program at the Multnomah Hotel, where Paramhansa Yogannada stayed in the 1920’s. They were joined by spiritual teachers from other paths, including a Sufi, rabbis, and a Christian minister. There were over 200 people in attendance.
