Swami Kriyananda chants Paramhansa Yogananda's chant "Door of My Heart".

Lyrics:

Door of my heart,

Open wide I keep for Thee.

Wilt Thou come, wilt Thou come?

Just for once come to me?

Will my days fly away without seeing Thee, my Lord?

Night and day, night and day,

I look for Thee night and day.

It was recorded in 1992 at the Song of the Morning Ranch in Michigan. Song of the Morning Ranch was founded by Yogacharya John Oliver Black, a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda.

Yogananda once confided to a friend that of all his many thousands of students and disciples around the world, he considered Oliver Black to be his second most advanced. After Mr. Black's passing, Bob Raymer, also a direct disciple of Yogananda, took charge of Song of the Morning Ranch.
