Walk With Energy

In this video Nayaswami Shivani from Ananda Assisi invites us to take an energetic and dynamic walk to bring more blood, oxygen, prana and light to every part of our body and raise our energy level. If we cannot go out, we can do this practice at home with the windows open or on the terrace, or in our garden.
