Brahmachari Prashad found Ananda Palo Alto in 2012 and moved to Ananda Village in 2013, joining the monastery there. Although a lifelong musician, Prashad experienced true devotion for the first time through Ananda’s chants and music. He sings in the Ananda choir and small ensembles and is a multi-instrumentalist, playing harmonium, guitar, and harp. In sharing Ananda Music, he has witnessed the great joy and upliftment it has brought to many who have opened their ears and hearts to it.
