Deposits:
A $1,000 deposit is required in order to reserve your place. Your deposit amount will be charged at the time you make your reservation. You have the option to pay the full amount due at the time of your initial registration.
Full payment:
Any Early Bird balance due will be charged to your credit card on the expiration date of the Early Bird price. For regular rate reservations, the balance due will be charged to your credit card as described in the pilgrimage program page.
Our Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations received before the expiration of the Early Bird price, your payment will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee. For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the start of the pilgrimage, we will provide a 50% refund. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of the pilgrimage, we will refund $150.00.

Pilgrimage leaders from Ananda Spiritual Travels, a division of the Ananda Church of Self-Realization, are acting as the pilgrimage hosts and guest coordinators only.
Ananda Church of Self-Realization and its staff are not responsible for any inconvenience or errors caused by our service providers, such as airlines, any guest accommodations, and pilgrimage site management.
Staff of Ananda Spiritual Travels, and the Ananda Church of Self-Realization, are not responsible for any loss of my personal property, injury, illness, or accidents during the pilgrimage dates.
I am responsible for obtaining travel insurance for the pilgrimage, if I so choose. I understand that it is my responsibility to work with my travel insurance company, or credit card company, as regards reimbursement for trip cancellation (made by me or Ananda Spiritual Travels), any medical services and medications, loss of property, change in flights, and other situations, which my insurance will need to cover.
