Transparency

God is everywhere, God knows our thoughts, our actions, what is in our hearts, everything is transparent to Him. We can’t hide. To embrace that transparency, in a wise way, is a very healthy practice. The sooner we can practice transparency and self-honesty, the sooner we will free ourselves from the shackles of the ego.
