Dear Healing Prayer Circle Members,

Happy New Year!

We have been praying for a little girl from India, age 6, named Gautami.  I put her name on the healing prayer list many times in December because she had a brain tumor that was removed, and then she was receiving proton bean therapy.  I told her father that she was on the regular prayer list, but that we would also pray for her whenever he attended the Zoom prayer groups. He came many times each week, whenever the time zones worked for him in India. It was a beautiful experience, as she is a bright little soul. Several weeks into this, I saw a bright light in her head while we were praying and the next day the doctors said, “We cannot find cancer.” Her treatments are now complete, and she is being monitored for the next two years.

Many of you have Gautami on your prayer lists. Please continue to pray for her, if you feel called in that way, as a form of protection for her over the next two years. Something special happened recently at the zoom prayer group. While we were praying, Gautami’s father sense/saw that something dark was trying to get at his daughter, but he saw that it could not get through because “there were so many praying hands.” So that is why I invite you to continue to pray for her. I also asked her father to continue to submit her name and prayer update to the list each month for the next two years, to help keep her in remission.  She is very young and has handled her challenge cheerfully and with grace.
