Energization Exercises, for a smoker


I want to be regular in doing energization exercises. However I smoke, which I am gradually quiting(presently 5 to7/day).

Can I start doing the exercise or should I wait till I quit it completely.

Congratulations on cutting down on – and soon stopping altogether – your smoking habit, Well done!

Meanwhile, don’t waste a day: go ahead and do Energization regularly – twice a day if possible. In fact, if you really put yourself into it, I wouldn’t surprised if doing Energization helps you transition out of smoking more quickly and easily.
