Question
I was with someone and he told me to focus in the middle of my eyebrows as I did not understand the third eye, but I saw a light. I felt very warm. What was that? The sun was behind my head! Bright light in front of me! What was happening?

Answer
It is beautiful that you could see the inner Light in your first time focusing at that point in meditation. Jesus was referring to the spiritual eye when he said, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” (Matthew 6:22-23, King James Version)
