Hi there. As I am a spiritual person and in search of who am I, what is my purpose/desire to come here, where am I going (the realms of spirit world or somewhere else). How can I be one with god or experience god? Along with those questions and search, I am married. I have experienced loss, fear, heartache in this journey till now. It's the time when everyone expects you to have a baby. I don't have any strong desire and not sure why? I am always double mind in taking decisions. Can you assist🙏

Hello Anu,
It sounds like you are ready for something that will anchor you spiritually. From that anchor point, you will be able to know more clearly how to live life from the highest place, living in alignment with God’s will, receiving guidance for your daily decisions, and seeing God’s light shining in all people and circumstances.
The best way to connect with that anchor is through a daily meditation practice. It is the most practical solution. Yogananda, our guru, said God is simple, all else is complex. It often takes reaching a point of ‘anguishing monotony,’ as he put it, to realize it is time to take serious steps to get out of this whirlpool of confusion and delusion.
Because you felt to reach out to Ananda I encourage you to take a look at our offering Ananda Course in Meditation online. This is a 10-week course that you participate in with a number of other students from all over the world. There is live instruction, live guided meditations, written materials, audio, and video from Swami Kriyananda and other long-time Ananda teachers. You will receive a lot of support to establish a strong meditation practice. You will share the journey with other sincere seekers.
At Ananda.org, we offer many ways to learn Yogananda’s basic meditation techniques, but I feel like this in-depth course could help you break old patterns and move forward with your spiritual life in a dynamic way. The link above takes you to the next time this course is offered, but it is offered several times a year, if this next time is not convenient. I hope this might be a life-changing step for you.
Blessings,
Nayaswami Mukti
