I have practice Paramhans yogananda techniques of meditation since 6 to 8 month. Now a days I feel eye penetration problem and eye dryness problem during meditation and while gazing upward . So how can I cure this problem?
Could there possibly be a physical reason for eye strain? If that is not the case, maybe you are straining your eye muscles too much. Try to consciously relax when focusing the inward gaze upward. Or try not lifting the gaze upward for a time. God responds to our devotion of the heart first. Also, possibly, shorten the time you meditate for awhile.
