Question
I was wondering what is the best way to change your physical body like your eyes etc. Is it unlocking your DNA or is there a chakra that is associated with change you body?

Dear Joshua,
I think the answer to that question is: both/and. This means that someday scientists will probably be able to manipulate cells to change eye color, and, a true saint, a yoga Master, can do the same from the power of consciousness. Such a power includes the power inherent in the chakras.
But at this time there is no known and easily accessible way to do this.
Best to seek the Creator’s love first, and “all these things will be added unto you. “
