How to Achieve Glowing Health and Vitality The Wisdom of Yogananda

Your ailments may be due to the ‘speeding up’ of karma that comes with deeper meditations. Or possibly you are becoming more sensitive to your own flow of energy in the physical body.

Be sure all areas of your life are in balance: diet, fresh air, exercise, recreation, sunshine, positive people and activities. Gentle and relaxed practice of the techniques without strain are necessary. Along with yoga postures, energization exercises, visualizations and attunement with the Guru are all important.

You may want to have your kriyas checked for any small refinements that are needed such as not straining or not relaxing throughout your practices. The kriyacharya you received your initiation from may be able to help you. Be sure to speak with them in person.

Love God! Develop devotion. Pray and invite God and Guru into your daily life.

Spend more time after meditation holding the peaceful effects of meditation in mind. Convince the mind that God’s healing power and His all permeating, all healing power is unlimited. And know that He will help you. Don’t give up.

Lastly, with self offering and in the language of your heart give your practice and life to God and listen in your heart for His love and guidance.

Many Blessings on your efforts to find God!
