Last night I was lying in my bed awake and I could see and feel energy, like static, all around the room. I looked into the corner and saw the energy start to spin. It filled up the whole corner from floor to ceiling and there were specks of green light spinning within the white light. It might have been spinning for a minute or two before my dog came into the room. I’d like to know what it was and if its harmful, although it didn’t feel menacing.

Dear Nicky,
Our environment is not only a physical one that we experience with our five senses. We also are surrounded and filled with cosmic energy and cosmic consciousness. Creation first manifests as the thought of God. From that thought is manifested energy patterns which in turn manifest physical form. Thus there are three planes of existence for every element of the universe: the material, the astral plane of energy and the causal plane of thought.
The energy you saw could be of the astral or energy plane. Let your experience remind you that there is so much more than just the realm of matter. Our destiny is to connect with our higher Self, our soul, which is an individualized spark of the Divine and beyond all form.
