I am a beginner in meditation. As I sit in for meditation just after 2 or 3 minutes I am getting a tingling sensation in my throat and I am losing focus. Please help.
I am glad that you started to meditate, and connect with your divine Self.
When you meditate, energy begins to move inside of you. It can be experienced as a tingling sensation. Just relax this area, as well as your whole body, and focus on the meditation technique that you are doing, without force or tension.
Gradually, this sensation should go away, and you will experience deep peace.
