Hi should I eat before my morning meditation, will that effect the meditation at all?

I can attest from personal experience, endorsing the basic teaching that it is best not to eat before meditation! There are circumstances that prevent this—either once in a while or in some cases for periods of time—but, generally, that is the guideline. A heavy breakfast is more of a burden on the system than a light breakfast. Do the best you can to take this guideline into account, but otherwise do not make a dogma of this or similar suggestions. Take it as a serious recommendation, but do what works. Okay?
