After many years of internal struggle, I have got the job I desperately needed.
After that, I have found internal resistance to spiritual path even more, I have been facing huge internal resistance to pray to god.
How to overcome this block?
Also, how to attract spiritually inclined life partner (female).

Dear Friend,
There is a saying from long ago during wartime: “There are no atheists in foxholes.” This means that when we are desperate, we pray but when we get what we want, we no longer feel the impulse to pray.
This is why success and riches are so enervating spiritually speaking.
Consider how from one day to the next you could so easily lose your job. Consider how your very life can be suddenly impacted by illness or death at any moment.
While the best reason to pray and meditate would be for feeling deep devotion and love for God, that can come later as grace responding to effort to attune our will to the divine will through sadhana and seva.
Step back from your busy life; look around you; you can see success, or, failure; pleasure, or suffering; life, or, death. Don’t let the busy-ness of today obscure from you the reality of God’s presence that animates everything and everybody.
Take a little time each day to acknowledge the Divine in your life and in all life: prayer, meditation, and yagya (puja).
It is magnetism that draws to you a life partner. The energy and purity with which you live your life will draw to you a suitable partner. It’s ok to seek but not with desperation for desperation is de-magnetizing. What woman wants a man who is desperate, except a desperate woman! The stronger and more dharmic a man you are, the stronger and more dharmic will be the partner you attract.
Visualize the long-term nature of partnership: not merely the short term romantic part that cannot last. Focus on the friendship that you seek more than pleasure.
Avoid dwelling on outward beauty, sexuality and attractiveness either around you or through images and entertainment. Focus on Divine Mother and the divine feminine qualities of unconditional love, nurturing and service.
Such things will enhance the magnetism that will attract a mature and truly loving partner.
