From last few days, my baby (3 months old) wakes up in the middle of deep sleep and cries with a loud sharp tone. When she wakes up, she looks at some particular place with intense fear in her eyes and keeps crying.
One day when i was sleeping with her, i saw a shadow like figure just above her (i am not sure if it was real as i was sleep deprived). Does new born troubled by negative energies and they can see them ?
Please guide me how can i protect my baby from these negative energies.

Dear one,
This world is full of all kinds of energies and subtle beings. Babies sometimes see things which adults can’t.
To protect her, with your forefinger make the design of an OM on her cushion, three times.
Place the picture of a Master nearby.
You may also give her a locket to wear, with the picture of a saint or Divinity you feel close to.
Before falling asleep, with your hands surround your baby in circular fashion, repeating “OM TAT SAT” 6 or 12 times. Mentally surround her with a protective light.
When she wakes up, tell her, “God is with you, you are safe, you are protected, everything is fine”.
