Hello, I am practicing the Scientific Healing Affirmations from the YouTube channel of Ananda Sangha Worldwide. There we are told to focus on the spiritual eye. My question is: is that is it safe to focus on third eye without being initiated? Will it cause any harm in future?

No, it is not at all dangerous and will cause no harm at all, but is highly beneficial for everyone. It simply stimulates the higher center of consciousness in you, as well as the most developed part of the brain, the frontal lobe. The more you concentrate there, the better for you and your life. You need no initiation for that practice.
